2012 Performing Arts Scholarship Competition

Seniors:  Top 10 seniors win scholarships:  1st Place – $4,000, 2nd Place – $3,500, 3rd Place – $3,000, 4th Place – $2,500 and 5th – 10th Place – $2,000

Honorable Mention: Five Students will receive honorable mention recognition.

Sign-up Deadline:  January 5, 2012

Date of Auditions:  January 7, 2012 – Saturday

Location:  Thea Foundation, 401 Main Street, North Little Rock  72114

Times:  Group I -12:00p.m.  Group II – 2:00p.m.
(You will be notified which group you are in by email.  Students living over one hour away from Little Rock will be in Group I, so that they do not have to drive home late.)

Auditions:  Singing, Dancing or Acting
No instrumental solos
No A cappella performances

Audition Length:  Two Minutes

Dress:  No costumes, wear practice clothes

Props:  No props are allowed.  A chair will be available.

Accompaniment:  An accompanist, and CD player will be available.
