The Thea Foundation is pleased to announce the winners of its 2012 Performing Arts Scholarship Competition, which took place on Saturday, January 7, 2012.  Seventy-seven high school seniors representing thirty-three cities from all corners of the state of Arkansas sang, acted, and danced their way across the stage of the Argenta Community Theater in hopes of receiving one of the ten scholarships, a combined total of $25,000, Thea awards annually in the performing arts category.

As usual, the level of talent exhibited by the students was incredibly high.  Choosing the winners was a difficult, time-consuming task for the judges.  The Thea Foundation recognizes the courage auditioning in front of a panel of judges requires, and could not be prouder of the students who participated in the competition.
